I started this website while my mom was still alive to detail my frustrations with trying to handle dealing with nursing homes, rehab facilities, hospitals, doctors, nurses, the Social Security Administration, and the State of Florida Department of Children and Families.
Mom was only 63 when she died, and I firmly believe that the primary cause of her death was the deplorable incompetence and inefficiency of individuals working in the health care system in the State of Florida. I do not blame the system. I blame people who failed to do their jobs responsibly.
