Detective Whittier of the Deland Police Department called me at 9:20 AM EDT. We had a very long phone call in which I updated him on all of the phone calls I had yesterday.
He told me that he was planning on going to visit Woodland Terrace tomorrow to attempt to talk to Dr. Peele in person.
We spoke for twenty-nine minutes.
Update: As of 12:10 AM EDT on August 18th I have not heard from Detective Whittier.
