At the end of last year, Kelly mentioned that I would need to sign some paperwork with your firm. I received a copy of the “Authorization to Disclose Protected Health Information (HIPAA)” from Jill last week, but I have received no other paperwork to sign and return.
Has something been sent via USPS or are you going to email me something?
My previous attorney had sent me several forms to complete and return to him related to his fee structure, the nature of a contingency case such as mine, and privacy issues.
I hope you understand that — even though I have once again not heard from him in weeks now — I am still somewhat wary of telling him that I have retained alternative representation before actually signing an agreement with your firm. Is that something we can do soon? (Or am I simply confused about the process?)
