I have copies of my mother’s medical records from Woodland Terrace, Halifax Hospital, and several other facilities.

Would you like me to email these to you? The majority of them are in PDF format, which should be very simple for you to receive and open via email.

I’m attaching the Deland Fire Department report here as a test. Please let me know if you have any problems.
