I know I talk to you a lot about coming to Florida. You always say you don’t have the time, but then you seem to plan lots of trips with [redacted] and her family.
I think it’s important that you get to Florida some time in the near future. Jen told Nana she was coming for Mother’s Day, and Nana said it would be really nice to see you, too, but that you’re probably too busy.
It’s been almost 18 months since Nana has seen you, and I would like to have you come down this way, too. Maybe the next time [redacted] comes to see her mother, you can make a point of taking a long weekend to head our way.
I love you very much, and I know you’re working hard, but a year and a half is way too long not to come in this direction.
I’ll even buy you a ticket. Just tell me when you “can” come.
I’m not mad or anything. It just doesn’t seem right that it’s been so long…
