I can’t imagine why you can’t open the emailed files, but it’s not important. Last night I went to FedEx, made copies of most of the documentation I have, and had it shipped to your attention at your Silver Beach address. This afternoon I will make copies of the remaining medical records and have them delivered to your office as well. You should have everything by the end of this week (Friday, November 15, 2013).
