I called Marla Rawnsley at 8:04 AM PT on my drive to work on Monday, November 18th, 2013. We spoke for only two minutes, just long enough for her to explain that the first FedEx package I shipped last week had not arrived until after she’d already left the office for the weekend, and the second had not yet arrived, so she’d not been able to review any of the documentation.
Marla said she’d call me later during the week after she’d had a chance to investigate the medical records and other assorted files I’d sent her. She also told me she was very close to her mother and could not imagine losing her the way I lost my mother, and that she was incredibly sorry for my loss.
