I sent an email to my sister and to Sylvia Gray, so the two of them could share notes on what’s been done to date as far as getting mom Medicaid, etc.

Sylvia will be contacting you soon to get more information about mom’s finances so she can get Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security Disability. She mentioned to me that she’d need copies of mom’s bank statements, etc. and all the same stuff we’ve been giving people over and over again for the last six months.
You can call Sylvia at her office at 386-738-3433. It would also probably be helpful if you could email Sylvia with the details of everything you know so far about the status of mom’s application(s) for government assistance.
