I hope that you made it through the anniversary and had the opportunity to spend some time remembering your Mother. Attached is a Notice to Creditors which we have to publish as part of the Probate case. Please execute and return the document via US Mail; there is no need to provide it via facsimile.
Thank you for your assistance in this regard.

Sent: August 14, 2013 @ 01:23 PM PDTHi, Katie,
I’m sorry, but I don’t really understand. What is “the Probate case”?
I did not realize there was any case in progress at all right now regarding my mother.
Can you tell me more about this? Who are the parties in this case? When was it started? Etc.
Of course I’ll get this done, but I’d really like to know what is happening.

Sent: August 14, 2013 @ 01:45 PM PDTAgain, I apologize, but I don’t understand.
I thought filing the Inventory was simply something you had to do any time someone died. I didn’t realize there was a “case” occurring.
Is someone suing my mom?
