Yesterday I completed the process of photocopying and shipping to you all of the medical records, receipts, bills, reports, charts, forms, notices, faxes, and other assorted paperwork related to the last nine months of my mother’s life.

As far as I know, the only relevant resource I was unable to send is a copy of the 125+ page Guardian Advocate Training & Resource Manual published by Halifax Health. This book was sent to me by an administrator at Halifax Hospital along with a written test I had to complete in order to prove that I was qualified to be my mother’s “official” Guardian Advocate.
