I read Dr. Phil’s book almost two years ago. I lost 65 lbs (from 275) and I eventually flew to both Chicago and L.A.
Since then, I’ve gained about 20 lbs back.
Jen is living in Chicago. David is in Italy right now. He’s called me from Paris and described the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, L’Arc de Triomphe. He called yesterday and remarked that “I saw David.” It was very cool!
Did I mention that Red Sox won the World Series last year? It was the absolute most incredible comeback in the history of sports!!! We were all on the phone for the last game, but coming back after being 3 down on the Yankees in the ALCS made the Series seem like an after thought.
So this is a great sports weekend — Gators’ first game, U.S. Open & Agassi, and I can now watch the Red Sox on my computer for $3.95!
Cleaned the shed yesterday. Working on the house today.
Moved Mom to Indigo Manor on Williams Blvd. She seems to like it a lot. We’ll see. Found a birth cert. in some papers yesterday that said Mom was born Oct. 27, 1920. We had a good laugh last night about it and plan to celebrate both days!
