I sent this email to attorney Steve Phillips on the afternoon of September 4th, 2012:

Are you waiting for anything from me right now? Is there anything I can do at all right now?

Did you get a chance to read any of the articles I posted about the class-action settlement against Johnson & Johnson in regards to nursing homes administering Risperdal as an off-label chemical restraint?

Have you been in contact with Cusack Mortuary (about the death certificate) and / or Dr. Wolf (about the autopsy or medical records) since we last spoke?

I will be talking to Dr. Wolf in the next 24-36 hours and will call you after I do. I am out of town traveling for depositions until Friday so I don’t know exactly when I will be talking to her. I sent her the medication info you sent to me.

I wrote back and said:
